Refunds?

I do NOT do refunds after the sketch is shown, confirmed with the commissioner, and given the OK to proceed. Payment is final after you approve the sketch. If I feel I cannot complete the commission or am no longer willing I will give a full or half refund depending on how far along I am in the art process.

"Can I change *major part* even if it's done?" OR "I've changed my mind!"

I can change minor things after the piece is done or during the lining/coloring phases but I cannot do any big changes like the pose after the sketch is finalized, the special case being if I'm only in the beginning line art stages, otherwise there is no modifying it. If you want to make big changes like that then they will be paid for. If you change your mind it is too late to change anything after the sketch phase.

Legalities

All art I create is my own and belongs to me, meaning I can use it as examples or to post on any socials (credit will be given for original characters and permission will be asked before posting). You may NOT use it for any commercial/promotional use, NFTs, AI, or for any promotional works. Using it for personal purposes such as for profile pictures or banners is OK. The commissioner may also post the art with credit in the post. The exceptions to promotional/commercial use is if royalties and rights are bought and you have my written permission to do so. Stickers, prints, or anything physical can be made for yourself or for personal use or for giving out at cons. Do NOT sell them unless you have bought the royalties/rights for it.(Royalties/Rights fees are +100% of the price)

Process/Procedure

I be sure to keep the commissioner or any party involved updated with WIPs and questions that I or the commissioner has. I send WIPs when asked or when I complete a stage in the art (sketch, line art, coloring, etc) and let the commissioner know of any issues I am having or if something comes up and I cannot work on it for some time.

Payment - This is done in full upfront (unless I specify otherwise) and either through Ko-Fi, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal.Art - I do not draw any hateful, racist, generally horrible depictions/symbols/pieces, or anything morally wrong. Asking me to do so will result in a block and refund if payment was already given. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY/REFUND ANY COMMISSIONS.NSFW - Anything NSFW will have to be discussed in DMs or with me privately and does cost extra. Prices will be discussed based on what the commissioner wants. Any NSFW commissions will be kept private unless I am given permission to post it or the commissioner is given permission to post it.
